Our route managers work well independently and are highly self-motivated with the desire to see the results of their work. Our employees enjoy building customer relationships to help them achieve their lawn goals. Prior experience is helpful, but not necessary. A clean driving record, valid driver’s license, positive attitude, and dedication are all that is required. We offer on-the-job training and continued support from a staff with over 100 years of combined experience.
Sales and Office Administration
We are looking for dependable, hardworking sales and office administration professionals to join our turf management company. Depending on your position, your duties will involve calling potential customers, following up with current and previous customers, performing lawn analyses, processing payments, and providing excellent written and verbal communication. While knowledge of the lawn care industry is helpful, we do provide on-the-job training. The ideal candidate has experience with telephone etiquette and an ability to multi-task and manage multiple accounts.
