Aeration also alleviates issues from excessive thatch build up. A freshly aerated lawn is also a great seed bed for planting new grass seed. Each season we seek out the highest quality grass seed. The seed we select will always be a blend of certified seed with a 90% germination rating and designated for the Metro East. We also evaluate it carefully to ensure that it contains absolutely no weed seed.
