Our premium six-step Tree and Shrub Care program keeps your trees and shrubs heathy year after year. The treatments simultaneously prevent damage during the growing season while working on healthy growth. Our program’s six rounds are designed to care for your trees and shrubs year-round. These treatments can be purchased individually, but we recommend the full program for the best results.
**Please bear in mind that some factors exist that can affect their health and/or appearance, ranging from boring insects such as the Emerald Ash Borer to infectious diseases such as fire blight. A number of these factors are non-treatable or are not economical to treat. Our trained and licensed team members are available to meet with you at your property to discuss your concerns and evaluate any issues. As always, consultation visits are FREE!
Round 1: Dormant Oil
In early spring, overwintering insects and their eggs can damage your plant’s roots and branches. The Dormant Oil application suffocates insects’ eggs and larvae, reducing insect populations before damage occurs. It controls mites, scale, aphids and much more.
Round 2: Spring Root Zone Fertilizer
As the name implies, this treatment is applied around the root zone of trees and shrubs. It will help your trees and shrubs recover faster from winter stress, resulting in more blooms and vigorous growth this year, while also strengthening the landscape for the upcoming seasons. This application results in the most visible difference to your landscape.
Round 3: Late Spring Insect and Disease Control
As the temperatures rise, insects get hungry. There’s also more rain, which leads to fungus and disease activity. This application helps to control bagworms, caterpillars, mites, aphids, lace bugs, beetles, apple scab, and many more.
Round 4: Summer Insect and Disease Control
During the summer months, Japanese beetles and bagworms are most active and on a feeding frenzy. This application will help reduce Japanese beetles, bagworms, mites, aphids, slugs, caterpillars, and much more.
Round 5: Early Fall Insect and Disease Control
As summer winds down, insects begin to prepare for their next stage of life. This application continues to help control insect damage and disease activity. Insect eggs and larva will begin to hatch and hunt for food heading into fall and winter. Keep mites, bagworms, Japanese beetles, caterpillars and other insects from causing extensive damage to your landscape.
Round 6: Winter Root Zone Fertilizer
One of the most important things you can do for your landscape is provide it with extra nutrients to create resiliency for the winter. As the days get shorter, photosynthesis (nutrient production) declines. This application will provide the nutrients your trees and shrubs need in order to recover from summer, have a healthy winter, and be ready to “spring back” when the weather warms.
